Webside.gr, a store in production
Webside is a Greek store for phone and computer accessories that runs on GrooveShop, the platform I build. I write the software and operate everything under it, from the Kubernetes cluster to the release pipeline.

The store
Webside sells phone and computer accessories, with a Greek-language tech blog alongside the catalogue. It started taking real orders in May 2026, and September and October have been its busiest months so far.
One tenant of the platform
Since August 2026 Webside is one store on the multi-tenant GrooveShop platform: its own PostgreSQL schema, domain, theme and credentials, served by the same API, storefront and workers as every other store. Its data moved with it, order history and uploaded media included.
Running it
Everything runs on a self-hosted k3s cluster at Hetzner that I set up and operate. Argo CD deploys from Git. Before a release goes live, a pre-sync job checks the migrations are safe, migrates every store, collects static files and applies the search index settings. After it, post-sync jobs purge the Cloudflare edge cache and warm the storefront. Longhorn provides the volumes, Cert-Manager renews TLS, Sealed Secrets keeps credentials encrypted in Git, and VictoriaMetrics alerts when something drifts.
